Experienced personnel are an essential foundation of every successful project.

Since its inception in 1988, Enthalpy has adopted this elementary rule in selecting and retaining the most qualified people who are also best able to work in a team structure.

All of Enthalpy’s key personnel have been in senior positions with major engineering, EPCM or construction organisations before transferring to the Owners’ Project Team side of business.

What sets Enthalpy staff apart is simple: they must be mature and at the peak of their careers.

The organisation purposefully uses these two attributes to select new staff, as it has proven that in order to manage and direct others, personnel must have a proven record of having successfully done the work themselves.

Enthalpy today has more than 40 professional staff – plus supporting personnel – making it a dynamic, highly experienced and proven force within its industry.

Professional staff include project directors and managers; controls, cost and planning and field supervisory engineers; construction managers; administrators; contracts managers; estimators; study managers; and safety and quality assurance/control specialists.
