Enthalpy was engaged by an oil and gas operator to provide project management, planning, cost control, contracts formation and administration services related to the development, feasibility studies and pre commercialisation phase of a major ($1B) oil & gas project in the Asia Pacific region.

The project included establishment of an offshore natural gas field, subsea completions, platform, onshore and offshore pipelines, desulphurisation, and compression facilities.

Enthalpy was engaged to prepare a project execution plan, develop a pre commercialisation and implementation schedule and establish a cost control system.  Enthalpy was also engaged for contract and procurement services including contract preparation, tender evaluation and awarding of specialist consultants, assistance with control and monitoring of various project and consulting activities, and preparation of monthly reports.
